Shipping Policy
Delivered by postal carriers and available for all merchandise, including Ribbon Tape supplies, Power Supplies, Decoders and controllers as well as all accessories. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are parcel delivered. Courier service is available at customers expense.
Return Policy
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it with its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
